Eastlink has been delivering SIP trunking since 2012 and enabling Microsoft Teams® since 2019. Specific to Microsoft Teams®, Eastlink has been helping to migrate thousands of users from PBX/Centrex, with thousands more under contract moving through implementation.
Eastlink has successfully enabled Microsoft Teams® across numerous market sectors including general business, higher education, and government organizations. Projects have ranged from less than 100 to 1’000’s of users.
Eastlink proactively helps our customers understand the potential of replacing their current phone system, primarily with Microsoft Teams® and then addressing ancillary plain old telephone service (POTS) needs with Eastlink’s hosted wireline voice solutions.
